Mid Atlantic Alliance for CME Virtual Conference
The Mid Atlantic Alliance for Continuing Medical Education’s 10th Annual Conference to be live-streamed Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 8:25 am – 1:30 pm Eastern Time. We are honored and excited to kick off our conference with Dion Richetti, Vice President of Accreditation and Recognition, Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Dion will discuss the transition to the Menu of Criteria for Commendation by providers in the ACCME system, the shared response of our community to COVID-19, and an update on evolving the system to support independence and integrity through the proposed changes to the ACCME standards for commercial support. Other sessions include:
Integrating Interprofessional CME/CE and Quality Improvement: Barriers and Facilitators to Implementation; Creating Online Materials on a Shoestring: Some “Sole” Searching about Learner Engagement in a Virtual Environment; Get Your Game On! Getting Clarity on Commendation Criteria; and The Future of Posters in CME. We’ll conclude with an informal networking session.
