The annual CACME Best Practice in CME Awards are your opportunity to nominate a person or team, for a best practice in CME. Please take the time to recognize a person, team or yourself for contributions to the field of continuing medical education. Individuals may nominate their own projects/processes.
These awards with their eligibility and judgment criteria are as follows:
Outstanding Healthcare Education Activity
- The activity must be completed by a member of CACME (if the activity was completed by a collaborative team, at least one collaborator must be from a CACME member organization).
- The activity must be in compliance with the ACCME guidelines.
- The activity must have been completed within the last 14 months.
- Judgment Criteria:
- Innovative Quality: The activity’s representation of new approaches to effective CME.
- Creativity: The activity’s use of creative tactics, delivery and learning styles.
- Significance: The significance/relevance of the activity to the CME profession.
- Impact: The impact of the activity’s outcomes to the CME profession.
